  1. How and when will the Papa Charlie's products be shipped?
    All orders will be shipped via UPS Next Day Saver service. We ship two days per week: Tuesday for Wednesday delivery and Thursday for Friday delivery. Orders must be received by 5pm the day before the scheduled shipping day. Orders received after 5pm on the day before shipping will go out the following scheduled shipping day.
  2. How are the Papa Charlie's products packed?
    The Papa Charlie's products will be packed in a Styrofoam container and dry ice to keep the product frozen. DO NOT TOUCH dry ice. Prolonged contact of dry ice with skin can cause injury. Please dispose of the Styrofoam container after removing the Papa Charlie's products.
  3. Delivery: What if no one is home?
    UPS will leave the package if no one is home.
  4. How can I check the status of my delivery?
    Check delivery status through the link on your confirmation e-mail.
  5. How can I cancel an order?
    You may cancel an order by e-mailing or calling Papa Charlie's at 773-522-7900.
  6. How long will the Papa Charlie's products stay frozen?
    The Papa Charlie's products should remain frozen up to 48 hours after leaving our facility. When you receive your Papa Charlie's package immediately place the Papa Charlie's products in your freezer.
  7. Can I ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
    Papa Charlie's does not ship out of the continental 48 states.
  8. Can I ship outside the United States?
    Papa Charlie's does not ship products internationally.
  9. Can I send to a college dorm?
    Yes. Please make sure to specify the room numbers. Also, there must be a building representative available to accept the package.
  10. Can I ship to an apartment building?
    Yes. Please make sure to specify the apartment number. Also, there must be a building representative available to accept the package.
  11. Can I send to a P.O. Box?
    No, UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
  12. How will I know when my order has been received?
    You will receive a confirmation via e-mail that your order has been processed.
  13. How will I know when my order will arrive?
    The expected delivery day will be included on your order confirmation e-mail. You will be able to track this order via the UPS website.

    Up to six months from delivery.
  19. Can I store the Papa Charlie's products in my refrigerator?
    We recommend storing the Papa Charlie's products in the refrigerator within 24 hours of consumption. Product should not stay longer than 7 days in the refrigerator.
  20. Where are the Papa Charlie's products made?
    All Papa Charlie's products are produced at our USDA manufacturing facility in Chicago, Illinois.
