  1. How and when will the pizza be shipped?
    All orders will be shipped via UPS Next Day Saver service. We ship two days per week: Tuesday for Wednesday delivery and Thursday for Friday delivery. Orders must be received by 5pm the day before the scheduled shipping day. Orders received after 5pm on the day before shipping will go out the following scheduled shipping day.
  2. How are the pizzas packed?
    The pizzas will be packed in a Styrofoam container and dry ice to keep the product frozen. DO NOT TOUCH dry ice. Prolonged contact of dry ice with skin can cause injury. Please dispose of the Styrofoam container after removing the pizzas.
  3. Delivery: What if no one is home?
    UPS will leave the package if no one is home.
  4. How can I check the status of my delivery?
    Check delivery status through the link on your confirmation e-mail.
  5. How can I cancel an order?
    You may cancel an order by e-mailing or calling Home Run Inn at 630-972-2645.
  6. How long will the pizza stay frozen?
    The pizzas should remain frozen up to 48 hours after leaving our facility. When you receive your Home Run Inn 2 Go package immediately place the pizzas in your freezer.
  7. Can I ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
    Home Run Inn does not ship out of the continental 48 states.
  8. Can I ship outside the United States?
    Home Run Inn does not ship pizza internationally.
  9. Can I send to a college dorm?
    Yes. Please make sure to specify the room numbers. Also, there must be a building representative available to accept the package.
  10. Can I ship to an apartment building?
    Yes. Please make sure to specify the apartment number. Also, there must be a building representative available to accept the package.
  11. Can I send to a P.O. Box?
    No, UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
  12. How will I know when my order has been received?
    You will receive a confirmation via e-mail that your order has been processed.
  13. How will I know when my order will arrive?
    The expected delivery day will be included on your order confirmation e-mail. You will be able to track this order via the UPS website.

  18. How long can the pizza remain in the freezer?
    There is an expiration date on the left hand side panel of each pizza box.
  19. Can I store the pizza in my refrigerator?
    We do not recommend storing the pizza in the refrigerator. However, the pizza will hold up for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
  20. Where is the pizza made?
    Home Run Inn Pizza are produced at our USDA manufacturing facilities in Chicago and Woodridge, Illinois.
  21. Are the pizzas all natural?
    Yes, Home Run Inn uses all natural fresh ingredients when making the pizzas. The crust, sauce and sausage are made from a sixty year old family recipe. Home Run Inn uses all natural mozzarella cheese too.
  22. Are there any preservatives in the pizza?
    Home Run Inn pizzas do not contain preservatives.
  23. Does the pizza contain Trans Fat?
    Home Run Inn pizzas do not contain Trans Fat.
